If a digital journey or capsule did not give you what you came for, write to us within 30 days of purchase at support@haloprayer.com and we will return your money. You do not need to explain.

Subscription Plans

HALO offers recurring monthly subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your content until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged for any subsequent cycles. Cancellations can be managed directly from your account or by contacting us at support@haloprayer.com.

Technical Issues

If you experienced a technical issue that prevented access to your content, reach out to us at support@haloprayer.com with your order number. We will do everything we can to make it right.
